For Amazon FBA sellers who buy from supplier price lists
Know exactly what to buy next.
RestockIQ reads the price lists your suppliers already send you, matches every barcode to your Amazon listings, and tells you what to reorder, how much, and from which supplier — with the full profit maths shown, not hidden.
Connects via Amazon’s official Selling Partner API. No buyer data ever stored.

Somewhere in that spreadsheet is your next best seller. Good luck finding it.
Every week your suppliers send you price lists. Thousands of rows, every file a different shape — different column names, different currencies, half the barcodes mangled into scientific notation because Excel got there first.
Somewhere in those rows are products you should be buying: lines you already sell that are about to run out, and new lines you could launch profitably. Finding them means cross-referencing barcodes against Amazon, checking whether today’s buy-box price is real or a spike, subtracting referral fees, FBA fees and VAT, estimating how fast each one sells, and guessing how many to order — for every row, of every file, from every supplier.
Most sellers do this in spreadsheets. Which is why most sellers stock out of their best products and tie up cash in their worst.
RestockIQ automates the whole chain — and shows its working at every step.
From messy price lists to purchase orders.
Connect Amazon.
Authorise RestockIQ through Amazon's official Selling Partner API — the same mechanism every legitimate seller tool uses.
Upload price lists.
CSV, XLSX or XLS, in whatever shape your supplier sends it. Map the columns once; RestockIQ remembers.
Match.
Every supplier barcode is matched to its Amazon listing — and title-checked before any order can be sent, to catch reused barcodes.
Decide.
Profit after VAT and fees, demand from real sales-rank history, and a suggested quantity — for restocks and for products you've never sold.
Order.
Build a buy list, set a budget, and let the optimiser turn it into purchase orders that respect each supplier's minimums and case packs.
One tool, three decisions.
Sourcing
Discover — find what you should start selling.
One row per barcode across every price list you’ve uploaded, showing the cheapest supplier for each. For every product: the live Amazon price, the complete profit breakdown from shelf price down to your landed cost, estimated demand from sales-rank history, and a suggested first order.
- Filter by profit, ROI, demand, supplier and eligibility
- Price-history and sales-rank charts on every row
- Hover any figure to see exactly where it came from

Restocking
Replenish — never guess a reorder again.
For each marketplace, RestockIQ works out what to reorder from your real sales velocity, stock at Amazon, stock on its way to Amazon, and stock in your own warehouse — crediting inbound units on the day they’ll actually arrive, not the day you shipped them.
- Safety stock at the service level you choose
- Supplier lead time plus Amazon inbound time, both counted
- Seasonality built into the forecast, not bolted on

Purchasing
Orders — from buy list to purchase orders, optimally.
Add lines from Discover and Replenish to a draft basket, set a budget, and a genuine mathematical optimiser allocates your spend across suppliers — respecting minimum order values, minimum quantities and case packs, and showing you several budget options side by side.
- Reallocates lines when a cheaper alternate supplier exists
- Full order lifecycle: draft, ready, sent, received
- Every line title-checked before an order can be sent

The numbers you don’t see are the point.
Most tools show you a profit figure and hope you don’t ask where it came from. RestockIQ is built the other way round: if it can’t stand behind a number, it says so — visibly, before you spend money on it.
Spike-proof profitability.
Amazon prices spike. If a product is profitable at today's price but loses money at its 90-day average, RestockIQ won't recommend it. It gates on the lower of the two, flags the spike in amber, and offers a one-click what-if at the average price.
A price is only a price if it's real.
The market price cell tells you three different things, honestly: a confirmed buy box, no buy box exists right now, or lowest offer only. A clean number always means a confirmed buy box — a guess is never dressed up as a fact.
Cost cliffs, called out.
If the cheapest supplier can't cover your whole order, RestockIQ walks up the supplier ladder in landed cost and shows what the overflow units really cost — with a red warning if those extra units would lose money, and a suggestion to buy only what the cheap supplier can supply.
Profit that counts the cost of money.
The optimiser doesn't just maximise margin. It prices in your cost of capital and the cost of holding slow stock — so it won't tie up £20,000 in inventory that takes nine months to sell just because the margin looked good.
Safety stock, done properly.
For slow movers, textbook normal-distribution safety stock is badly wrong. RestockIQ uses discrete count models — Poisson, or negative binomial when sales are lumpy — so a two-a-week product is protected like a two-a-week product.
No phantom stock.
Stock that hasn't reached Amazon is only ever counted if you declared it. RestockIQ is explicit about what it tracks for you — stock at Amazon, shipments in transit to Amazon — and what you tell it: your warehouse, your own inbound. Invented stock causes stock-outs; so nothing is invented.
Follow one product through the maths.
An illustrative example using demo data — VAT at 20% (20/120 of the shelf price), a 15.45% referral fee, a small-standard FBA fulfilment fee, and £1.75 inbound shipping. Every real figure in RestockIQ is computed from your own listings and costs; nothing here is a promise of returns. Hover any number in the product and it shows you this breakdown.
Wherever you sell.

Built for our own money first.
RestockIQ wasn’t built to be sold as software. It was built because Cape International — our own Amazon business — was drowning in supplier price lists and making significant buying decisions out of spreadsheets. Every feature exists because we needed it, and every number is honest because we spend our own money on what it says.
It runs our purchasing every day. Now it can run yours.
