Orders
A purchasing department in a solver.
Set a budget. Get purchase orders that respect every supplier's minimums, case packs, and the real cost of tying up your cash.
From basket to options.
Build a draft basket from Discover and Replenish, set a budget, and the optimiser returns several complete purchase plans at different spending levels — so “what would we do with £5,000 versus £15,000?” is a click, not an afternoon.

What the optimiser respects.
- Supplier minimum order values
- Minimum order quantities
- Case pack sizes
- Your budget
- Cheaper alternate suppliers for the same product
Under the hood this is genuine mixed-integer optimisation — the same class of mathematics industrial supply chains run on — not a sort-by-ROI spreadsheet.
That distinction matters when constraints interact. Hitting one supplier’s minimum order value might mean dropping a line you would otherwise buy, or moving it to a supplier who is fractionally dearer but already in the order. A sorted list cannot see that. A solver can.
Profit that counts the cost of money.
The optimiser doesn’t just maximise margin. It prices in your cost of capital and the cost of holding slow stock — so it won’t tie up £20,000 in inventory that takes nine months to sell just because the margin looked good.
Lifecycle, and the check before it leaves.
Orders move through draft, ready, sent and received. Nothing reaches “sent” until every line has passed — or a human has explicitly confirmed — the title-match check.
