You’re granting access to your business. Here’s exactly what we do with it.
No security theatre — just a plain-English account of what RestockIQ stores, where it lives, and what it will never do.
What we access, what we store
We access and store
- Your Amazon listings, inventory levels, orders and fee data (via SP-API)
- The supplier price lists you upload
- Your account details (name, email, login credentials)
We never store
- Your customers' names, addresses, emails or phone numbers — no buyer personal data, by design
- Your Amazon password (authorisation is via Amazon's own consent flow)
- Your payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe; we never see them)
RestockIQ requests Amazon’s standard unrestricted roles — product listing, inventory and order tracking, and finance — and nothing in the restricted, buyer-data category. The buyer-information fields simply have no place to land in our systems.
Where it lives.
RestockIQ runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-2), with data in a managed MySQL database. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, fronted by Cloudflare.
Your data never meets anyone else’s.
Every query in RestockIQ is scoped to your account, and that isolation is enforced by automated cross-tenant leak tests that run in our build pipeline — a release that could show one seller another seller’s data cannot ship.

These are the only third parties involved, and exactly what each one receives.

Your controls.
You can revoke RestockIQ’s access from Amazon Seller Central at any time — the connection stops working immediately. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how and how fast).
